What types of machinery does Hongli manufacture?
Hongli manufactures electric forklifts (3-wheel and 4-wheel), diesel forklifts, tracked skid steer loaders, wheeled skid steer loaders, mini excavators (0.8–3 ton), small excavators (3–8 ton), medium excavators (8–20 ton), large excavators (20+ ton), wheeled excavators, and backhoe loaders.
Do your machines have CE or EPA certification?
Yes. All Hongli machines are available with CE certification for European markets and EPA certification for US/North American markets. ISO 9001:2015 quality management is maintained across all production lines.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product. For most machines, the MOQ is 1 unit. For OEM/ODM orders with custom branding, we recommend a minimum of 3–5 units to justify tooling costs. Contact us for specific product MOQs.
Can you do OEM/ODM manufacturing?
Yes, we offer full OEM (brand customization: logo, color, decals) and ODM (design modification: custom specs, attachments) services. Lead time for OEM orders is typically 30–45 days after deposit confirmation.
Ordering & Shipping
What are your payment terms?
Standard payment terms are 30% TT deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners, we may offer L/C (Letter of Credit) payment. Contact us to discuss flexible terms.
How long is the lead time?
Standard in-stock models: 7–15 days. Custom/OEM orders: 30–45 days. Production schedule is confirmed after deposit receipt.
What ports do you ship from?
We ship from Qingdao Port and Tianjin Port (both in northern China). We can arrange FCL (full container load) or RoRo (roll-on/roll-off) shipping depending on the order volume and destination.
Do you provide after-sales support?
Yes. All products carry a 12-month warranty. We provide: spare parts supply, technical documentation, video troubleshooting support via WhatsApp/email, and on-site engineer dispatch for large projects (travel costs apply).
